We love digital, but even more so this year because October 10, 2010 is a fully binary date (10/10/10). So we decided to have a celebration; a day to appreciate digital and how awesome it makes our lives.

Because lets face it, life before digital wasn't as easy as it is now. In some cases (see above) it down right blew. We don't miss waiting by our house phones all night for a call that never came, pencil winding our favorite cassette after it was eaten by the tape deck, or losing 3 days in the library hunting for a book about salamanders already checked out by someone else.

So this October 10th, join us by remembering Life Before Digital (that's what we're doing). Then, share your pre-digital experiences in a blog post, a tweet , a video, a photo journal or any way you want. And if you have time, email your grandpa and tell him you totally get it now when he says "in my day, we didn't have..."
